Eat, Live and Breathe Swimming

In this intensive 4-day swim camp, you’ll get the kind of coaching that just isn’t possible in a once-a-week course or private lesson.

After our first group practice, we’ll start off with a one-to-one discussion of your swimming goals, technique analysis, obstacles, and opportunities.  We’ll create a roadmap for your next swimming breakthroughs.

The Sea Hiker Summit is your chance to give your swimming a rocket boost.

And it’s going to be lots of fun.  You’ll learn in one-on-one sessions, small group clinics, seminars, and during discussions with your coaches and fellow Sea Hikers.

Who is the Summit For?

The Sea Hiker Summit is for swimmers who have specific swimming goals and are looking for a breakthrough in technique, focus, and motivation.

What Our Clients Say

The summit was mind blowing.

I learned a ton! It exceeded all my expectations. Prior to the summit, I was encountering stress in the shoulder girdle and in one arm. The stress came partly from improper technique, I discovered. The drills that were taught at the summit have been invaluable to helping me get a better catch. In turn, this new catch has had the effect of decreasing the stress in my upper body. Plus, with the immediate feedback I received, I was able to start changing my stroke on day one, improving my stroke count and times. Overall my fitness, technique, and enjoyment have all increased since the summit, which took place only a month ago. Thank you, Peter, Stewart, Oscar and Leslie! I am already looking forward to next year’s Summit.

I can’t believe how much I learned

I thought the summit was excellent and even though the technique changes the coaches made to my stroke still need some practice, I’m already noticing an improvement in the times I am making in my Master’s workouts. I think you got everything about right – the time in the water was just right, and the intensity of physical effort over the four days was just right too. The dry land clinics were really informative and a good opportunity to ask questions. Summerland was a great location for the swim camp – far enough from home, and small and relaxed enough to create a nice swim camp ‘feel’, but with enough good restaurants to keep hungry swimmers happy for a few days, and it was situated in beautiful surroundings. I definitely plan on being at near year’s summit.
