Introduction to the Hand Push Drill



The Hand Push Drill is super useful for learning to feel your arm and hand position during the arm recovery and entry.

You can use it to:

  • Improve your wide elbow swing and lift
  • Correct a thumb-first entry and cross over
  • Improve your stroke timing
  • Hold streamline longer during the recovery for better speed

Start with this drill as a switch, rather than full strokes.
