Our Swim Pods are 7-week courses designed to give you the coaching feedback, body awareness, practical tips and video analysis to help you make a breakthrough in your swimming – or just steady progress from day one.

Find Your Level…and Learn with Ease

Finding the right level of course is key to improving your stroke or confidence in the water. Use this quick guide to our levels to get started:

Our Levels for Freestyle / Front Crawl courses and clinics:

Level 1 – New Swimmers:  You want to learn to swim, but you can’t yet swim more than a few strokes of front crawl. And you might not feel comfortable in deep water.

Level 2 – Easy Laps:  You can swim a 25m length, but it’s a struggle or you often feel out of breath. You’d like to swim further with less effort.

Level 3 – Efficiency: You can swim 50m. Swimming multiple laps and building into longer swim workouts (or perhaps triathlons!) with a great stroke is your goal.

Level 4 – Triathlon: You can swim 100m or more, but would like to improve your triathlon times, lower your effort level and train smarter.

 The Level 1 New Swimmers Swim Pod course helps you learn the skills that will help you become a swimmer with ease.

You’ll learn first hand that confident swimmers are made through practice some key skills.  And you’ll learn what to practice so that you’ll feel better and better.  We can’t wait to help you start swimming!

Experience: No previous swimming experience necessary.

When you try to swim a length of a pool (or more) do struggle to get anywhere?  Always having to stop and catch your breath?

It’s not about your fitness or your endurance.  We’ll start with showing you the skills of breathing with ease and learning a stroke that starts with better breathing skills.

We look forward to helping you swim laps!

Experience: Swim 25m with or without fins/flippers.

For triathletes, swimming is most often your weakest link.  We can show you how to turn your runner’s kick into a swimmer’s kick, slice through the water with much less drag, and stay aerobic and in control of your race.

Our past clients have gone to compete at all levels, from your first Sprint Triathlon to the World Championships and Ironman.  We look forward to helping you swim your best triathlon yet.
