WARM UP

100 free

4 x ( with fins: kick slowly especially for glide and single switch drills)

  • 50m glide position (kicking only)
  • 50m single switches
  • 50m fists
  • 50m swim

100 free

MAIN

8 x 50m in IM order on 5-10 seconds rest

3-5 x 200m on 20 seconds rest on SC+1 or SC+2 for whole 200m except 25m sprints on 4th and 8th 25m lengths.

COOL

(focus on glide and finding optimal stroke count for each stroke)
