Triathlon Swim Pod Details:
Learn the essentials for triathlon swimming and build distance in the Triathlon Swim Pod. This swim pod offers a mix of stroke instruction and structured practices to help you increase distance while staying relaxed and efficient. Our focus will be on building body awareness around key propulsion skills. You should be comfortable swimming 500m non-stop, as this will help you prepare for triathlons of any distance.
Course includes video analysis and online practice guide with supplemental practices to guide you during and after the course (Practices: 1500-2500m)

Spaces: This swim pod is limited to 10 swimmers (2 lanes).

Monday and Wednesdays, 7-8 am
** Note: Mid-season Registration: Depending on availability, you may register part way through the course if you need a later start date. Cost will be pro-rated as above for this season.
Prerequisites
You should be comfortable swimming 500m non-stop and have taken Long Distance Swim Pod. Some previous Sea Hiker instruction is ideal. Contact info@seahiker.com if you have questions about this program
Participants under 18
If you are under 18 years of age, you will need a parent or guardian to sign your liability waiver form when you arrive for the program.
