Warm up:

100m: switches, excellent glide! Elbow pressed against hip, hand to front of thigh at conclusion of stroke; hold position in side glide before next switch

100m: same as previous but with fists

100m: full stroke, focus on reaching same posture although with continuous stroke.

Main:

200m: SC-1

400m: Maintain side glide without body posture rolling throughout recovery

100m: Slow down just the extension, explore variations. Looking to open up your sensitivity to variances in motion

100m: Normal stroke return to glide focus points

100m: Slow down just the recovery. Experience variations.

100m: SC+1

100m: Rotate early. Experience variations.

100m: Normal stroke return to glide focus points
