Distance: up to 1300m

WARM UP AND DRILL

100m relaxed stroke SC-2

100m build (SC-1, SC, SC+1, SC+2)

With fins:

  • Glide: head floating, face down
  • Glide: adjust glide arm laterally with thumbs up
  • Glide: adjust glide arm vertically
  • Glide: adjust torso and hip alignment

MAIN

If breathing is significantly distracting from your focus, then you kick on your back for breath between strokes.

8x25m: slow full stroke alternate to include head/arm and torso feedback from drill 

50m: include head/arm feedback from drill

50m: include head/arm feedback from drill with fists

100m: include torso feedback from drill

50m: switches include head/arm feedback from drill 

50m: switches include torso feedback from drill 

200m: alternate every 50m to include head/arm and torso feedback from drill

100m: build; include head/arm feedback from drill

COOL DOWN
