DRILL

MAIN

3x, above cruise pace (~SC+1) w/fists, 45 sec rest between sets {

50m: Where is your head before breath? Check that it is resting in the water, but a little bit is just above the surface. 

50m: Where is your head at peak of breath? Check that the crown of your head is resting in the water, nose and chin alignment.

50m: Maintain leading arm until head back down after breath.

50m: Where is your face aiming? Aim directly to the side differentiating between face and eyes!
