Sensational Freestyle Tune-Up Session June 7 2010

Session Summary:
Session to help support your current swimming practice with Sensational Freestyle tools, skills and practices.
Cost:
$20 + GST for a one hour session
Prerequisites:
Sensational Freestyle participants only or private lesson swimmers who have had more than 5 hours of instruction (or by permission of coaches).

What to bring:
Identify the areas you would like feedback on in advance of the session.
Please bring swim goggles, fitted swim suits (ie. not baggy shorts), towels, snacks, hot tea or water, if desired.
A swim cap is often helpful to retain warmth.
If you have one, please bring a nose clip. We will show you how to function without a nose clip, but it may help in the initial stages.
Fins are also useful and may be available at the facility, but please bring your own if you have them. We will help you kick more effectively, but for the early stages, having fins will help you learn body positions and balance points.
Cancellations:
We require 72 hours to guarantee a full refund. If you cancel with less than 72 hours notice, we will do our best to find another person to take your place. Please, contact us as soon as possible if, after registering, attending becomes a concern!
Participants under 18:
If you are under 18 years of age, you will need a parent or guardian to sign your liability waiver form when you arrive for the program.
