We're pleased to offer a series of one-day clinics that focus on essential skills and strategies for developing speed for middle and long distance swimming. In addition to our usual hands-on instruction, video analysis, body awareness exercises, real time feedback, and dryland experiences, each clinic also includes detailed homestudy and practice plans for you to do between clinics, so that you feel confident that you can apply what you have learned to your own practice.

If you have questions about how kicking, pulling aka the catch, and intensive training fit in with a technique and efficiency approach to swimming, these clinics will give you the answers you are looking for.
