Arm recovery and extension while standing.

Arm recovery and extension while standing with mirror feedback.

Arm recovery and extension while laying.

Pool practice:

Maintain glide form in recovery.

  • maintain lead arm position.
  • maintain balance.
  • maintain streamline body form.
  • maintain relaxation.

With fins:

  • Glide w/recovery; recovery in water.
  • Glide w/recovery; finger drag. 
  • Glide w/recovery; just above surface.
  • Glide w/recovery; try arm straight, hand lead. Look for exertion and effect on glide for.
  • Glide w/extension; extend in water.
  • Glide w/extension.

Without fins:
