Program Summary:  This refresher is for anyone who has taken private lessons or previous weekend courses with Sea Hiker (including previous Total Immersion workshops).  The two hour session will give you a chance to check in on your progress, identify areas for further practice and identify strageties for overcoming any obstacles that have arisen. The session also includes an hour of time to go over helpful dry land practice and discuss strategies for successful practice and overcoming common obstacles to efficient swimming.

Cost: $60 + GST

Prerequisites: Participants should be comfortable in the water and be able to swim one of any stroke for 25m recreationally and have participated in a previous Sea Hiker or Total Immersion course.

• 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm (pool session from 7-9 pm)

What to bring: Please bring swim goggles, fitted swim suits (ie. not baggy shorts), towels, snacks and/or lunch, if desired. A swim cap is often helpful to retain warmth.

Cancellations: We require 72 hours for cancellations. If you need to cancel with less than 72 hours notice, we reserve the right to give you a credit for a future program if we cannot find another person to take your place. Obviously, if you have a real emergency, please contact us and we'll work something out.

Transfers: Give us enough advanced notice and we'd be happy to transfer your registration to a future program.

Participants under 18: If you are under 18 years of age, you will need a parent or guardian to sign your liability waiver form when you arrive for the  program.
