Program Summary
Sensational Freestyle introduced you to laying a foundation of technique, mindset, and learning strategies for front crawl. This allowed you to address overcoming the obstacles to obtaining a comfortable and effective stroke. Now that you are finding a comfort with front crawl and wish to continue developing your stroke while attending to your endurance needs for fitness or triathlon events, you can get regular coaching in our 2-3 month long development and training program.
