Program Summary

Sensational Freestyle introduced you to laying a foundation of technique, mindset, and learning strategies for front crawl. This allowed you to address overcoming the obstacles to obtaining a comfortable and effective stroke. Now that you are finding a comfort with front crawl and wish to continue developing your stroke while attending to your endurance needs for fitness or triathlon events, you can get regular coaching in our 2-3 month long development and training program.

  • season-long performance and technique program
  • weekly swim sessions (two sessions per week)
  • endurance and speed swimming
  • breakthrough technique advancing system woven together with each sessions performance training

Cost

Rough estimate currently $450/program (approx $150/month)

Prerequisites

Completed Sensational Freestyle, equivalent private coaching, or with agreement of a Sea Hiker coach upon consultation.


Is this for me? 

Feeling somewhat comfortable with your full stroke such that you are swimming multiple lengths without pause and looking to further develop your technique but also feel ready and excited to develop endurance and speed.
