Program Summary
Swim longer distances with efficiency and speed that comes from good form.
This course is for triathletes, fitness and open water swimmers with some experience with freestyle stroke fundamentals. You should be able to swim 500-1000m non-stop and be looking to increase your distance and speed without sacrificing efficiency over swims of 1500-4000m. In this class, we will focus on sound fundamentals of freestyle technique, optimizing pacing and stroke tempo, and propulsion skills (catch, 2-beat and 6-beat kick, core stability).
This program also includes benchmarks, video coaching and in-water coaching demonstractions. You will also have access to supplemental swim practices to follow after the program is completed.

Prerequisites
You should be able to swim 100m of freestyle and be able to swim 500m (with short rests is fine).
