Note: When registration is opened, we will give you three days to register, then your spot will be opened for others on the waiting list. Our open water courses usually sell out, so please sign-up early!
Program Summary:
Learn the essentials for a comfortable and efficient freestyle stroke. This course will give you the knowledge and tools to become a fluid and confident swimmer in freestyle. If you have struggled to swim 25-100 meters with ease or you are a confident and/or strong swimmer but feel inefficient or slow, Sea Hiker coaches will give you the keys to a swimming breakthrough. 7 spots available.
Cost: $395 + GST
Pre-requisites:
Participants should currently have the ability to swim some form and not have any significant anxieties that arise while doing so in the shallow half of a pool lane.
