Program Summary:  Learn the essentials for a comfortable and efficient freestyle stroke.

Tentative Cost: $395 + GST for roughly 10 hours of instruction over two days

Pre-requisites: Participants should be comfortable in the water and be able to swim one of any stroke for 25m recreationally.
