Program Summary: Essentials for a comfortable and efficient freestyle stroke. Program meets twice a week for four weeks. Each week include home study practice plans.
Cost: $295 + GST for more than 8 hours of instruction.
Pre-requisites: Participants should be comfortable in the water and be able to swim one of any stroke for 25m recreationally.

Schedule:
This Sensational Freestyle programs would meet twice a week for 8 sessions. Specific timeslot and days are subject to participant interest and pool availability.
Outlook for start of program: 8:15pm - 9:15pm; Tue & Thurs starting March 16th.
