What to bring:

Please bring swim goggles, fitted swim suits (ie. not baggy shorts), towels, snacks and/or lunch, if desired. A swim cap is often helpful to retain warmth. If you have difficulty keeping water out of your nose and it is a major distraction, please bring a nose clip. We will show you how to function without a nose clip, but it may help in the initial stages. Fins are also useful, if you find kicking is an obstacle for you. We will help you kick more effectively, but for the early stages, having fins will help you learn body positions and balance points.
