In this poolside seminar presented by Peter Scott, you will learn:

  • The essential sensation of swimming that you must experience to improve your stroke
  • Why 99% of swimmers fail to address the most important part of their swim training
  • The 3 most important changes you can make to your freestyle today
  • What you need to do to GUARANTEE your success!

 

This seminar includes personalized video analysis of your freestyle swim stroke. Sea Hiker coaches will show you what you need to do to begin swimming with ease and confidence.

  • Wednesday, September 15th from 4:30 - 5:30 pm

Cost: $15 + GST

Prerequisites: 

Participants should be comfortable in the water and be able to swim one of any stroke for 25m recreationally.

What to bring:

Please bring swim goggles, fitted swim suits (ie. not baggy shorts), towels, snacks, hot tea or water, if desired.

A swim cap is often helpful to retain warmth. 

Participants under 18:

If you are under 18 years of age, you will need a parent or guardian to sign your liability waiver form when you arrive for the  program.
