With fins

3 x

2 x 25m Push off, underwater flutter, freestyle

2 x 25m Push off, underwater dolphin, freestyle

2 x 25m Shoulder slide (SS)

2 x 25m Fly / SS combo (2-4 of each)

2 x 25m Breaststroke / SS combo (3-5 of each)

2 x 25m Kick on back (flutter)

Introducing:

Shark: swimming on your side with undulation (vary amplitude for different speeds and body awareness development, chest press and strength and flexibility)

Bi-fin technique: vary amplitude of kicking cycles

Speed dolphin underwater: Arms in overhead streamline with tighter undulation/toe flicks

4 x 25m Shark

4 x 25m Bi-fin (wide, medium small aka slow, medium, fast) underwater and surface (50% each)

4 x 25m Speed dolphin underwater off the wall for 15m-20m (take good recoveries after underwater swims!)
