Dolphin Drill and Technique:
Full wave: Follow a sine wave from the top of the water to the bottom of the pool. Slow exaggerated motion throughout core.
Half wave: Follow a sine wave for half the depth of the water.
Normal: Focus head and shoulder maintaing vertical position in the water, undulation through the rest of the body.
