Drill:

4x25m: Avg SC
Freestyle Breathing Review
* keep head in water
* maintain form
* timing
* exchange
* breathe to weak side

4x50m: Breathe to weak side
2x50m: Minimal motion breathing both sides
100m: Slow and consistent cadence

Fins:

4x25m: Flutter, leading kick with hip
8x25m: Cycle body dolphin

  • relaxed and slow
  • put some power and speed into it

 

12x25m: Cycle

  • freestyle w/coordinated kick
  • body dolphin
  • 1-arm butterfly
