Foundation of Front-Crawl Stroke
This list lays out the main components that are required to function for a front-crawl stroke to work, and beyond that are the areas to improve the effectiveness of your stroke, therefore we (you and us) will use these to identify your priorities areas requiring attention. Try to come to each session with a clear understanding of your priority areas. Regularly check in for the weaknesses in other areas as well, to ensure they are continuing to be supportive of your priorities.
